The Underlife story
Based in Adelaide, Australia, Underlife was formed in September of 1985. United by their passion for music, they strive to maintain an aggressive and unique sound that challenges the current market.
All of the current band went to school together and grew up listening to the same kind of music. Jason lists his major influences as "old" Metallica and Men at Work. The first albums that Colin bought were Among the Living by Anthrax and The Wiggles "1,2,3 Stop". Spencer ("Davis") was inspired to take up singing after hearing Olivia Newton John. And Johnny Cash was one of Steve's earliest influences
